• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Service Scope and No Job Guarantee

ATS Defender provides resume-analysis assistance. Outputs are informational and do not guarantee interview calls, hiring, salary outcomes, or legal/regulatory compliance for your resume.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt service availability.
• No misuse of other users’ data or unauthorized access attempts.

6. Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

ATS Defender branding, software, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in your own uploaded resume/job-description content, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for legal compliance, security risk, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATS Defender is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
